Q: I checked this complex - Shree Shashwat last week and found it decent. Can the owners/members provide inputs around this specific complex interms of the buildings, society, facilities etc.,

Also I am keen to pucrchase a 1 BHK or 2 BHK @ 6000 psf ready possession with reserved car park in this complex - pl share

Shree Shashwat is a great Builder. BUT Note at the back side of shreeshaswat some construction was going. That project is not of Shreeshashwat.
Due to some litigation its work is stopper. So be CAREFUL

This builder is selling flats and public is thinking its of shashwat project.
Builder is giving flats at cheap rate also. Please be very careful while making booking with your hard earner money .

Did they increase the rate per sqft? As per my knowledge the rate per sqft was Rs 5300.

Shree Shashwat is an exclusively planned ultra modern residential township. It is a layout that offers 3 towers of 14 floors each with landscaped gardens, clubhouse and children's play area. There is a 1 BHK apartment available for sale and the rate is around Rs 49 lakhs.
