My frnd one more reason is the free flowing traffic and maximum number of
working people travel everyday from Delhi to NCR. There are also a lot
of buyers who have invested in properties in Noida-Greater Noida
Expressway by selling away their 2BHK properties in Delhi.

Hi, the price trend for Noida expressway is around Rs 5000 per sq ft. The appreciation of the place is good as there are number of industrial hub coming up and due to the connectivity

Yamuna Expressway is one of the best destination among the suburbs. Recent news also says that price have increased anywhere between 14 to 18%., due to the increasing demand. Also we can notice there are lot of builders who are coming up with luxury project

The 9.2 Km long Delhi-Noida Direct flyover has been a definite game changer as far as civic infrastructure in Noida is concerned. The flyover has eased traffic congestion making Noida far more accessible to visitors from Delhi and vice versa. The price in the region is between Rs. 9000 to Rs. 11000 per square feet depending on the location. There are not many new construction activities happening around the DND flyover as builders and developers are focusing more on the Yamuna expressway and Greater Noida which are attracting a lot of investor interest. You can check out projects by 3C builders and Oasis group along the DND flyover for both residential as well as commercial real estate options.

The Delhi Noida direct flyover also known as DND flyover has been a boon for traffic movement between New Delhi and the satellite town of Noida. The DND flyover is part of the various expressways and flyovers in the city including the Noida-Greater Noida expressway and the Noida-Agra Expressway. The eight landed highway has been one of the most well maintained projects in the capital. The real estate prices along the DND flyover range between Rs. 7000 to Rs 12,000 per square feet depending on the township and its distance from the closest metro station. There are not many active projects in the area to speak of as majority of real estate activity is happening along the Yamuna expressway and greater Noida regions.
