Hi,I'm looking to buy a property on E M Bypass. My friend has suggested me to invest in Active Acres by Ruchi Group. Can someone please share his or herreview about Active Acres? What are the good upcoming projects in Kolkata?

Good to know that you are considering investing in and around EM Bypass. The region is one of most highly sought out realty destinations in Kolkata today. As far as Active Acres from Ruchi Group is concerned they have completed 5 towers while one remaining tower in still under construction. The property has turned out really well and the landscaping is quite nice. Active acres offer a very good residential apartment opportunity for those seeking state of the art residential apartments in a decent price. The prices have already started to rise and are likely to go further. If you are interested in Active acres you should take a decision as soon as possible.
