How is Greater Faridabad for real estate investment?

Q: Is it good to invest in Greater Faridabad? Any suggestions are welcome.

Hi Guys,
As per different sources, it's believed that , the real estate boom has transformed the skyline of Faridabad in the last few years, both in commercial and residential segment, as aggressive demand pushed the construction of premium properties. The demand comes from the growth and development in Faridabad's infrastructure as well as property value.

In my point of view, stakeholders perceive an immense growth in industrialization and expect the service delivery mechanism to be responsive to this demand. They hope to carry forward to the next step in globalization by adopting policies supportive of rapid industrialization and ward off competition from other emerging industrial hubs in the NCR. Apart from attracting many more large and medium-scale industries, the focus will also be on attracting IT and IT-enabled service industries.

As our friend has mentioned, investing in greater faridabad for long horizon will be good. I think there is much delay happening in govt project works. Master road work is still going on for 4-5 years and no idea when it will be completed. Resale values are not that good in Greater Faridabad for now. New units and resale units have almost same rates approx- Rs 3500 per sq ft.

Hi I have a flat in BPTP. I would sincerely suggest you not to invest in BPTP projects, with my own experience as there will be certain complications. Instead of buying in Greater Faridabad, go for HUDA flats in Faridabad.

If you are looking for returns after 4-5 years, then invest in Greater Faridabad because in short term, the appreciation values wont be that great. projects by many reputed builders are there including Puri, omaxe, BPTP, Era, etc

Greater Faridabad has witnessed huge development and many projects are coming up. The projects undertaken by the Delhi govt and UP govt are mainly leading to the city’s growth. For instance, projects like Delhi–Faridabad Metro and Yamuna Expressway, are coming as a boon there. The rates of properties in Greater Faridabad are increasing year on year. Now due to slowdown, the rates are not gonna rise soon... but it is best time to invest there.

Greater Faridabad in Faridabad city that includes sector 75 to 89 is a great place to invest. The region has been improving very fast from the last one decade. It has recorded topmost development in real estate business during this period.
