The work at Greenfield City in Behala is more or less on track. I think they should be able to complete both the classic and Elite phases by the end of the year. The fourth phase may drag on but the bottom line is that work is in progress at the site. With 12 Blocks and 3948 residences, expect some delays but not significant. The prices in Behala are approximately close to Rs 3500 per sq ft. If the Metro track is approved i expect the prices to go up even further. Behala has appreciated almost 100% in the last three to five years.
