Yes, 80 lakhs + reg charge will be also included. So try to make your budget till 81 lakhs so that you can get a property according to your requirements.

Yes South City is quite expensive but it gives you value for money with new apartments recently built. South city offers swanky buildings, good amenities including a school right within the periphery. South city is by far the best area to live in Kolkata city. The prices I agree can easily cross Rs 1 Crore for 3 to 4 BHK apartment but the upside is that one can easily rent the flat between Rs. 25-30,000 per month if the property is only for investment purpose. What was your exact confusion? Was it regarding the price or viability of South City?

What is your confusion regarding South City? Its bang in the heart of the city of Kolkata and unlike the upcoming suburbs like EM Bypass, the value for property in South city is always going to be at premium. Buying a 3-4 BHK in South city could be an expensive proposition but it’s a good idea to stay within the city if you can afford the high price. The price can vary between Rs 80 Lacs to one crore in these new South city apartments. With modern amenities and luxury freehold property, South city is perfect for those who can afford it.
