Resale: 2BHK Mantri Tranquil

Q: Visited and impressed with a 2 BHK in Mantri Tranquil. Am thinking of buying one...any advise/suggestion would be of great help.

Hi Guys!!! I got a news about the builder http://www.thehindu.com/news/cities/bangalore/mantri-developers-has-forged-papers/article509504.ece. It an old news might they have got the Khata now but it is better to check all the documents related to property and proceed further.

I liked the project is it huge with lot of playing, walking and jogging area. The cenrtal landscape/garden it is very nicely done.

The resale value for flats in Mantri Tranquil ranged from Rs 65 lakhs to Rs 81 lakhs which I feel little expensive. What is your point of view?
