Hi Vijay, I don't think this project will hardly effect any issue in this project. so if you are looking forward to this project , please go ahead... if you read all posting you will get more idea... also my personal advice to you is that you should personally go and visit the site which will give better idea to analysis the situation.
I am plannig to shift to Park Infinia.I hear there is separate water supply prject is underway worth 74Cr for Phursungi. Is there any change in situation?
@Sandeep, As Assembly elections are coming nearby, there are chances that the issue of garbage depot will be politicised in Pune. One of the political leader from Shiv Sena said that no garbage should be brought to the Phursungi garbage depot from August 8.
@Nitesh, As a result the PMC had planned to have garbage depots in all corners of the city. The civic body should start other depots first and then, only the garbage from eastern parts of the city should be brought to Phursungi. It is also true that there is smell of garbage Depo villagers are suffering from the side effects of city's garbage and their suffering should end immediately.
i am a resident of park infinia and i strongly disagree with the comment that the drinking water is contaminated in Phursungi. There's a water treatment plant in park infinia. i have been staying for the past 2 years and haven't faced any water problems. Yes, once in 3-4 months there's a cleaning of water tanks scheduled and so for JUST that day there will be a water cut.
Yes there was an article in times of india some time back that said about water contamination in Phursungi. But that doesn't mean that the same water is being used in our homes. If that was the case then everyone in Park Infinia would have been in hospital.
Park Infinia is located in Phursungi (off Pune-Solapur Highway), close to the SP Infocity (IT SEZ) – the IT hub that’s home to many tier-one software companies. The project will have natural environments, world-class amenities, aesthetically planned apartments, lush landscapes, parks and streetscapes merging seamlessly. But the only thing about this project is the water problem. You can talk with the builder if they have any alternative way for water.
As far as I know drinking water in Phursungi is contaminated. Residents in this areas are facing water woes, they have given several complaints to the civic body but no action has been taken.
