Q: Hi , I have booked a 3 BHK in A15 building and I have heard from sources that there is a issue of water supply in park I have been told that some of the buildings get constant water supply and some dont. Also I wanted to know how much I can get if I rent out a 3 bhk in park infinia and what are the current rent rates. Any reponse will be much appreciated.
Yes U heard it right. Water crisis in Park Infinia. I used to leave there, and I just shifted and water is one of the reason for that. Earlier we use to get water 24*7 but suddely one day there was no water, and that was without any information. Then the limited the water supply morning 2hr and evening 2 hrs. Problem is that, people dont have storage inside home.So how to store the water for whole day is the problem. I also didnt like the surrounding area, which is very crowdy, not proper infrastructure in the area. Many accident has happened in that highway.
Hi all, My question is that TOI carries news today about possible agitations in Phursungi because of garbage dumping. Would that garbage dumping or agitations affect people staying in Infinia?
I am planning to invest in Infinia soon but such news are quite discouraging. I would appreciate any information from Infinia or nearby residents.
@siddharth, If in future Fursungi comes into PMC limits it will affect you the same way as the people living in any part of the pune city. And if it doesn't come intoPMC limit then this agitation should not affect Infinia because its Gram Panchayat will carry out the garbage collection activity on their own. In that case it will affect pune city, not fursungi or say Infinia.
It is a good society to live in, large open spaces and lot of greenery. I lived here as a tenant for almost a year and there was no water scarcity as such.
I am not saying that drinking water is contaminated, but what i mean to ask is if there is a break in water supply for the flats and whether water(drinking\cleaning) is constantly available or not. The builder says that each flat has 24 hours water supply, So i just wanted to confirm the same. Please let me know if you guys have experienced any water supply disruptions in park infinia other than anything for maintenance purpose.
If you are looking to rent out your property in Phursungi then i would like to tell you that a 3BHK property in 1600 sq-ft is Rs. 15000-17000/p.m and the security deposit will be around 65000-75000.

Hi Jayesh, I strongly disagree with the comment that the drinking water is contaminated in Phursungi being one of resident of park Infinia. There's a water treatment plant in Park Infinia. I have been staying for the past 2 years and haven't faced any water problems. Yes, once in 3-4 months there's a cleaning of water tanks scheduled and so that day there will be a water cut.
@Jayesh, But yes, there was an article in times of India few months back that said about water contamination in Phursungi. But that doesn't mean that the same water is being used in our homes. If that was the case then everyone in Park Infinia would have been in Hospital. So, don't go on any rumors, visit the site personally or made discussion with the developer.
