Delivery of product by builder

Q: Hi. I have booked a 3BHK flat in phase II. Do any one know about the construction activity of phase II.? Please share with me. They have promised April'2016. I heard that they will never deliver on time. Is it true.....? I heard from my friends that They have delayed OMR project for more than three years.

As per my discussion with builder, I came to know the construction work is on full swing. Expected completion of this project is December 2014.

As per my knowledge , major banks like SBI , AXIS Bank, Indabulls, HSBC Bank, HDFC Bank, CITI Bank & IDBI Banks are providing loans to this project.

Hi, I have also booked a 3BRK, in phase-ii. Price is same as mentioned by you. Delivery expected is April,2016.I think Currently they are more focused on completion of phase-1 flats.
