Folks, I have booked a flat in Purva Windermere, Pallikaranai, chennai in Mar'2013. Before booking i hv surfed a lot but could not find any true reviews..Since I was in hurry, I booked the flat. Initally they promised me that project will be completed in Mar'2014. But as on date, nothing happened, they have not notified for the internal visit, since 2 years I didnt see my flat. they never allowed to visit the site. Its really tough to deal these guys...they almost delayed the completion by 2 years and still its not over!!!! I have paid 95% of money at the time of booking, now paying EMI for 2 years !!!!! Folks, be aware of Puravankara - they r real cheater they collect your money and make sagreement in such a way that you cant do anything or pressurize them. They take their own sweet time..Dont ever go to this guys, they r cheaters !!!! they will suck your money..difficult to deal with them...they never disclose the status or completion date...had a very bitter experience with Purva

@Supratim: The project is located in Pallikaranai. Pallikaranai is a very prime residential locality and well connected with the other parts of the city. All the basic facilities like mall, market, school, bank, hospitals and ATM are available nearby the locality. Transport facility is also good in this locality.

Pallikaranai is a very good residential locality with connectivity to Tambaram, ECR and Mount Road, very much Suitable for people working in IT. Near to Velachery and lots of mall.

Hello Subramanya, the price for 2bhk would be around Rs 55 lakhs for 1243 sq ft, for 3bhk it would be Rs 85 lakhs for 1922 sq ft, for 4bhk would be Rs 1.13 cr for 2691 sq ft.

Pallikaranai is a very prime and decent locality with good environment. School, bank, ATM and hospital are available nearby the locality. Transport facility is also good in this locality.
