As per my knowledge, this prestigious project developed by Rishabh Buildcon Pvt Ltd is located in Vaishali , Ghaziabad. This project offers you 2 BHK, 3 BHK & 4 BHK apartment, area ranging from 930 sq-ft to 2300 sq-ft . Builder quoted price is around 6000/sq-ft. Yes this project has approval from Ghaziabad Development Authority.

According to me, this project is located next to DPS just off NH-24. Fastest developing zone of NCR. Ultra modern shopping and entertainment hubs in close proximity i.e. shipra mall, "D" Mall etc. well connected from ISBT and Railway station anand Vihar. Metro connectivity proposed. Just 1 km from Noida Sec- 62/63 and Fortis hospital. Just 5km from Akshardham Temple and common wealth games village.

Yes i agree with Indu , when the road from Niho Scottish garden to NH-24 is done, the problem will be solved and the area will see a good price jump. As of now its a 'kucha' road and no signs of any development from GDA too.

Hi, according to my knowledge, project is known to be approved by Ghaziabad Development Authority . Although the road in front of the project is under construction which is surely creating a problem for the project.
