HI, I have heard from Prestige Sales that rates have gone up to 6000/Sq.feet. Is it true or just a hype from the builder

Installments are to be paid by way of post dated cheques which is a pre-condition of the allotment. The payment schedule is mentioned in the cost sheet. The payment is on a time bound basis and If cheques are dishonoured the booking stands cancelled.

i think you can give 100 percent down payment but for that you have to be in touch with the Prestige Marketing Department for details. Each of the Two Wings (Oak & Elm) have independent Clubhouses. In addition to that they are also offering all the world class amenities.
