Q: Hi, Has anyone bought property in Sunnyside? I would like to know about any rates revision that may have taken place.

Latest Answer: Prestige Sunnyside a project by Prestige Construction and the price quoted by the builder are for
2bhk Apartments with sq.ft. 1311 will cost you around Rs 64.89 Lakhs approx 3bhk Apartments with sq.ft. 1760-2124 ranges from 87.12 Lakhs-1.05 Crores and for 4bhk Apartments with sq.ft. 2439 will cost around Rs1.2 Crores approx.

Price per sq ft gone down ?
Q: In the beginning of August I booked a 2 BHK flat in Prestige Sunnyside at the rate of 4950/- per sq ft. Now I see that the rate given on different property dealers websites is 4350/- per sq ft. I would like to know if the rate has gone down? Why this difference?

Q: Is it worth buying the property at this price in that location. Also Prestige had a failure 2years ago - when one of the construction collapsed partially, how strong are encourage to buy this property.
