Reason 5 During registration, They will take a big amount from you in the name of maintenance charges for 3 years at one shot at a much higher rate of Rs.4 per SqFt. way high compared to the other builders offering an array of amenities. Their projects are with the very basic amenities like a lift n car parking does not require even 1Re per Sq Ft. Also most of the builders give it free for the first year & then allow the association to decide the same

If possible do not buy any DS Max properties especially if you are planning it as an investment

Reason 1 Though they have lot of projects in Blore n around 95 percent of them are with deviations from the original plans approved by the respective authority The land will be A katha so all banks will fund the project but your building will be totally deviated n you will never receive an OC or EC or CC from the authority The builder will promise all these papers but you will never get it So if you want to resell no bank will give loan to the prospective buyer

Reason 2 They cheat you on the carpet area, Its just 65 percent of the actual area shown where as the competitors offer you a minimum of 75 percent Now you understood why they show that low prices

Reason 3 You are not allowed to do the interiors by yourself they make it a part of the agreement and they will charge you a bomb for the 3rd rate quality interiors

If I am planning to invest in Hennur when can I expect appreciation for the property?
Sashi Ranjan

Hennur is not completely developed and still there is a great need of infrastructural developments. However the locality has bright future prospect. The government is planning to widen the Hennur Road to four-lane highway along with Cargo road for the International Airport.
