ravi group alias illegal construction, some examples are gaurav legend which is stuck due to land grabbing case going on, also to add some of building in mira road are demolished which were constructed by ravi group. evershine cosmic is a big example above all. evershine and ravi group have cheated to the buyers of flat in evershine cosmic. how people can stay in the building where still construction is going on. before buying in evershine cosmic please be aware of location.
Evershine Cosmic is a joint venture between Evershine and Ravi Group. Above 17 floor it belongs to Ravi and they dont have CC till and I heard that they are facing some legal cases for the construction above that, this is the only reason that construction has been stopped from last 1 and half year and seems possession will be by 2016
Hi Praveen, if they do not have CC above 17 floor, and are delaying our rightful occupancy, we need to approach the government authorities to either demolish everything above 17 floor as they did for the campa cola buildings and give OC upto where the legitimate CC exists. Anything above that is illegal construction and should be dealt with appropriately, otherwise our property will decay, and these builders couldn't be bothered the least. We all buyers need to get together and take the matter in our hands with the higher authorities, the courts or whoever it be. We cannot wait till 2016...who will compensate us for this loss and delay. Request please contact like minded members for a joint action.
I heard that because of internal disputes the project is being stuck. Its now morwe than 10 years...and does not look if anything is going to happen here.
Why should we the buyers suffer because of internal disputes. The builders should either provide us alternate accommodation till such time as their dispute is resolved, or pay us a monthly rent to compensate for this delay, like they do in redevelopment projects. The matter needs to be taken either to consumer court or the government authorities for resolution, otherwise we will keep sitting and see the property DECAY before our eyes. Time we and all the other buyers got together to get a solution...
