Q: has anyone booked a plot at this venture? they are quoting 1350/- which seems to be very high..any inputs/ suggestions on this property?

The project has got approval from BMRDA and all the leading banks. Current the price of the plots ranges from Rs 22.20 lakhs to Rs 45 lakhs approximately.

The builder seems to be good and they have successfully completed around 20 projects in Bangalore. The price of the plots ranges from Rs 22.20 lakhs to Rs 44.40 lakhs approximately.

SRR Oxigen offers plots, villas and high-end villas and the area has also seen many development. So I think it is an better option to buy a property in this project now as they will increase the rate after the launch.

they are still awaiting blue print, is it worth paying ~1400 psft in the pre-launch ? for the surrounding projects are quoting around 1200 psft for the alunched projects,....does anyone could negotiate anything in the price?
