Hi Please do not go with these SRR Homes/Excell Dwellings people. They are big cheats. People who have invested in their SSR Hyde Park/ Preserve/ Pebble Creek are in big soup. For all the projects they say they are waiting for approvals and keep on postponing the launch or registration. I am one of the victim.
I also enquired about the Oxigen and the sales person gave me the details project plan. I was taken aback by the document, as this is the only builder's document that I have gone through in years who has publicly provided the landscape contor and fall details including the maximum high and low points. well, like any other builders they say big things too but I am not sure how many of them will be actually implemented. One draw back is that the main entrance is from tamilnadu whereas there are two other entries are from Karnataka side. TN side of entrance is something that I didn't like, other than that the document looked very well, including the site markings along the contors to maintain the natural landscape, and reducing the cut and fill. There are some schemes like if someone pays 100% price upfront then the price of 1650 will be reduced dramatically, however the level of commitment on On-Time delivery is something I am not aware of. would appreciate to see others view.
I am still awaiting completion of villa at SRR Exurbia which has been abandoned half way! I am surprised to read that they have completed 17 projects! May I know which they are? If you read the forums on SRR Exurbia you will know how many people like me are in this position. Don't waste your hard earned money .

Hey Nikita, For plots they are quoting Rs 1650 per sqft as a pre launch price and after that they are going to increase the price to Rs 1850 per sqft. They have not decided yet on the prices of villas.
The project is still not launched.... I enquired about the project in July and that time the project was in soft launch stage. Is there any problem with this project why they are taking so much time to launch the project?
Hi Hanif, Today only I called the sales person and they are telling that the approvals are under process for which it is taking time to launch the project. They are planning to launch the project by February 2014.
