Q: Pl provide feedback and inputs on this project in Malad W - what is the pricing being asked and how much is the carpet to super loading.

Ive got an offer of 12750 psf plus floor rise 65rs. Possession stated is dec 15, though I wonder. Anyone booked yet?

Last time saw, it has stack car park and very little area around the compound of the building to even walk around - total land area on which built seems to be very small

I heard that they are charging Rs. 5 lacs for Car Park and other charges of club etc. are 1-1.5 lacs. Is it true?

I casually enquired last year and the sales person told me that they have full CC. I was impressed that the permissioning is in place. This a very big advantage with Romell Diva. Secondly the land is free hold. So there is no SRA worry as in the case of Raj Infinia

It is a good deal because recently my friend has booked a 2BHK, @Rs. 13955/sq-ft. And the date of possession will be November-December'2015 as per the developer.

Now, a 2BHK in 1125 sq-ft will cost you Rs. 1.57 core onward whereas a 3BHK in 1485 will cost to you Rs. 2.07 crore onward. There are few 2/3BHK is available on resale value as well.
