Hi Guys, I am a first time investor. I am very much concern about pricing of this locality. May i know price trend of this locality ? I came to know that there is no proper improvement in this price trend !!!!! Kindly provide me some info.
Hi saran , As per my knowledge, sector 119 is a very premium residential sector with decent residential environment. In year 2010 Oct-Dec, the average residential price was around 2550/sq-ft. After many ups & downs this price is now touched around 6000/sq-ft in January 2015. This average residential price is showing improvement. Investors & developers are interested in this sector & this sector is becoming a good deal for end users too.

Within 45 days of Booking- 80%,
Down Payment Rebate- 10%.
See right now the area is developing , hence the appreciation will be good after 5 years or so. To keep in mind is that the area is a posh area of Noida,investment will give you good fruits in future . You can thnk of 35 % hike with 5 years or so
