The construction has stared, but the developer is very slow, they are telling it will take 2 -3 years but looking at the pace it will take aram se 4-5 years or more

If you are planing to invest in here, this sector has a bad connectivity, you have to take the whole flyover or you have to go through old Gurgoan, for end user Sector 91 and 92 are better

See , right now there are no fresh unit available, you can get re sale.The launching price was Rs 2600 sq ft and they closed it is Rs 3400 sq ft. hence this shows the price appreciation is fast and guaranteed
