Hi,
I am planning to buy 3BHK in 1329 sq-ft. of Natural Awas at Rajarhat, Chinar Park. Can anybody provide me the information about the project, sizes and the current price/sq-ft?

Hi Anil,
This project is in pre-launch phase and will start within 1-2 months. It offers 3/4 BHK residential apartments from 1329-1745 sq-ft. Sizes of 2BHK from 1329-2011 sq-ft and 4BHK in 1745 sq-ft. The current price is Rs. 4500/sq-ft. It is a G+7 storeys apartment consists 80 units in 3 towers. The cost of a 3BHK units in 1329 sq-ft is Rs.59.80 lacs and a 4BHK in 1745 sq-ft is Rs. 78.52 lacs.

Natural Awas by Natural Group is a Rajarhat Municipal approved project and got all the required approvals from there.

It is expected that the possession date will be near around December'2016.

Ongoing projects of natural Group are Natural Heights-Durgapur, Haldiram Enclave-VIP Road, Natural City-Jessore Road.

Almost all the leading banks and financial institutions have approved this project for housing loan.

Chinar Park is one of the better realty destinations in North Kolkata region. North Kolkata has always been buzzing with realty infrastructure and investment opportunities. Close location to the Dum Dum airport makes the location quite attractive.. Increase in metro connectivity, widening of roads to improve traffic congestions and quick development of better civic infrastructure is likely to boost North Kolkata realty segment even further. There are a number of realty projects offering 3 BHK apartments in Chinar Park. Consider a medium o long term view and a minimum of five years and you may get some very good returns on your investment for sure.

Chinar Park also known as Newtown crossing is a significant geographical landmark of sorts in Kolkata City. The area acts as a dedicated cross head offering bypass to Rajarhat-Gopalpur section as well as Rajarhat-Bishnupur. Chinar Park is a very good locality and offers good ambience and value for money. Most of the residential apartments have been sold with a large number of families already moved in. The flats that are not occupied are available as resale by their respective owners at a premium. The stone throw distance from the Kolkata international airport and close location to the upcoming township of Rajarhat makes Chinar Park an attractive destination for medium to long term.
