Q: Hi,

Can you recommend some good projects in Goa?

I am looking for a 1BHK apartment as an investment and a vacation home that could be given on rent as well. My budget is maximum 30K.

I would, ideally, want the apartment to be located close (~ 0-1 km) to one of the beaches in Goa.

Thanks so much.
Latest Answer: Thank you, Leena and James. Is there any property/project (new or resale) closer to the beach?
