I have a different opinion, my frnd has invested in this project and interesting is that builder has gone ahead and given possession. Sector 17A in Yamuna Expressway is clearly becoming the first and leading Sector of YEA as both Noida International University and Galgotia are already operational.

Hi according to recent price list,they are quoting Rs 3750 per sq ft, for beach view they are offering 5 % add on to the basic and for park facing or corner, it is Rs 25 per sq ft more .

Hi Francis, this project is good for investment purpose. although for end user, the project is already been delayed. Also there are some issues with the price structure, likewise , they have added a lot of interest component. I am discussing on all the points with them. I really do not understand all the new charges. Hence just be careful before investing
