what is the take on a forest land property?

Q: I have my neighbor ready to sell his flat,he is demanding 15% above market price,which i wouldn't mind,Coz I can club the 2 1BHK and get a good 800sq.ft carpet area for myself.
if the property will be resalable after the supreme court ruling on Forest land issue. Coz I don't want my property to be a dead asset.
