Good to know that you are interested in investing in residential projects by DLF the real estate major is one of the best known pan Indian developers active in Kochi for a long time. The best thing about investing in a DLF project is the hassle free clearance mechanism and not many negative areas as far as paper work and hidden costs are concerned. The only downside is that most projects by DLF in Kochi are luxury high end apartments and condominiums which may not be financially viable for everyone. DLF infinity tower located on the Sea port - Airport road as well as DLF New Town Heights at Kakkanad is one of the biggest residential projects in Kochi attracting a lot of consumer interest

Some of the best known flagship projects of DLF in Kochi include DLF bay view which is an integrated township of luxury condominiums and town houses located in the Marine Drive are. DLF Riverside located on the banks of Chilavannur River are also much sought after residential area at Vyttila. DLF infinity tower located on the Sea port - Airport road is another project by DLF with good reviews.

DLF is one of the best known pan Indian builders and developers with good reputation for providing quality constructions. The group has been focusing on luxury segment in the Kochi real estate segment perhaps due to the large nonresident Indian community of the state.
