Q: What do you guys know about this project in terms of its construction status, builder details, apartment specifications and price break up? Im interested to buy a house here thats why Im enquiring.
Latest Answer: I think the ones that you mentioned, we can see those in almost all residential projects these days. There are several other interesting amenities in the Relcon Dezira, for example the rainwater harvesting system. That will always ensure a water backup in case of shortage. Very basic healthcare facilities are also being offered within the premises. Even security system is enabled with intercoms. Library and maintenance staff are also there.

Q: I am considering an investment in Kochi. Interested in Marine Drive. Can you please give me an idea about fair value of land there? And how costly is the market?




Latest Answer: Not just Marine Drive, even some areas of Thrikkanarvattom, which include some parts of Ernakulam North, have been priced at Rs. 56.85 lakh, followed by Thevara at Rs. 53.86 lakh. Kadavanthara is priced at Rs. 51 lakh per Are, and Ravipuram is priced at Rs 47.88 per Are.

Q: Hey I heard Prestige Neptunes Courtyard is a good option if you want to move to Marine drive with your family. Is this true ? I want to know more about this. Please help!






Latest Answer: Hey, moving to this place would be a good option because this place has a lot to offer. It would be an ideal place to move along with your family. Although it is a little expensive it is definitely worth the price.

Q: Hey guys I am planning to move to Marine Drive in a few days for my work and I'm looking for a place to stay. I heard Marina Majestic is a good place to invest in. Could someone tell me a little more about this project? What are the facilities provided here? Thanks in advance.






Latest Answer: Public transport such as buses are easily accessible from this place. The high court Jjetty is right outside Maestic. There are a few metro stations which are also situated close by.

Q: Moving soon to the beautiful Marine Drive in Kochi...really excited, but wanted to know if there are autos from Marine Drive till the Infopark, that's where my office is going to be.
Latest Answer: yeah its better to take the bus for your daily commuting purposes. And I must recommend the Red Buses to you if you're new in town. They are all over the city, and you can just board one according to where you need to go.

Q: What’s the rent trend in the city? I’m planning to buy a second property in Marine Drive and rent it out. What do you think guys, good idea? Suggestions are welcome.



Latest Answer: If you let out a regular 2bhk apartment near Kochi infopark, then you can charge upto Rs 16,000 if it is semi-furnished. If its fully furnished then you can charge up to Rs 20,000. If the apartment complex has amenities like gym, swimming pool, etc, you can even charge an additional Rs 2000 per month. Flats are generating more rent than houses, so I’d advise you to invest in flats only.

Q: So guys I'm all set to move into Marine Drive. From what I've heard its nice place. But isnt there a city-wide water shortage in Kochi? Is this area affected too? Just wanted to know...


Latest Answer: I feel bad that even after buying a house in such a prime residential locality like Marine Drive we have to go through water shortage. Water supply is not just harming the construction process...its also there even after we get the apartments.

Q: Hi guys, I recently heard some news regarding Puravankara and Sobha builder in Marine Drive... is this true? What exactly are the details? I was planning on investing in this market, whom should I buy the apartment from?


Latest Answer: Ok so I think that it would be a good idea to invest in this upcoming project, simply because it has the backing of two major real estate developers of South India. Especially since Sobha builders are in the fold too, you wont need to worry about much... They will probably get the approvals from almost all the banks.
