Buying property in Bay View by DLF

DLF Bay view is definitely a very good investment proposition in luxury real estate segment in Kochi today. Marine Drive is one of the best areas to live in Kochi and sea facing towers offered by DLF Bay View Project have been selling like hot cakes. The downside is that the prices are slightly on the higher side but consider the luxurious surrounding and hassle free paperwork backed by DLF, the project is worth its weight in gold. I have yet to come across anyone with a negative review of the DLF Bay view project. The average price in DLF Bay View Project is Rs.7700 per square feet in addition to the PLC charges.

The higher prices are justified as Marine Drive does not have large open free hold spaces for similar new developments. The project has six sea facing towers attracting a lot of user interest with apartment sizes ranging between 12890 to 2731 square feet.

Good to know that you are interested in investing in a residential property in DLF Bay View. DLF as builders and developers have a very good pan Indian reputation and DLF bay view is perhaps one of the best luxury residential project in Kochi today. The project is a very good investment destination if one can afford the slightly higher prices.
