Hi Nisha Ji,

I have also booked a 2BK flat in this project during 2013 and alreday deposited money 4.20 L , I have visited project site but till date no any possessions given to anyone , I am in worry now because by seeing this post , I will also ask my money to back me with interset , Please suggest if anything you can help me out.

Dear Anil..Hope you have not booked mohalli sec 125 project...that is in pathetic condition and will not be delivered in next 10-15 year...one project near airport mohalli is also hopeless...I had also bought land in Siswan...that comes under forest act...company is telling to grow trees there...not buying back as promised...refusing to give money back...I will advise you to get your money back...I can send you the latest pic of their Chandigarh project...give me your email if you want...if they do not return the money will jointly do some legal action...there are lot of other people they have fooled..I can provide you contact of them if you want.

चंडीगढ़। इमर्जिंग इंडिया ग्रुप के दो पार्टनर्स हरमिंदर सिंह और गुरप्रीत सिंह पर सेक्टर-3 पुलिस ने धोखाधड़ी का केस दर्ज किया है। कंपनी के ही पार्टनर रहे पंचकूला के प्रशांत ने पुलिस को बताया कि उन्होंने 2011 में हरमिंदर सिंह और गुरप्रीत सिंह के साथ मिलकर पीरमुछल्ला जीरकपुर में साढ़े छह करोड़ की जमीन खरीदी थी। इसमें उसका 20 फीसदी हिस्सा था।
इसके लिए उसने 1 करोड़ 75 लाख रुपए दिए थे। बाद में पता चला कि यह जमीन गमाडा द्वारा मंजूरशुदा नहीं है। इसके बाद उन्होंने इस्तीफा दे दिया और अपने पैसे वापस मांगे। आरोपियों ने पैसे देने से मना कर दिया। इसकी शिकायत प्रशांत ने पुलिस को दी। जांच आर्थिक अपराध शाखा को सौंपी गई। जांच के बाद दोनों पार्टनरों पर सेक्टर 3 थाने में केस दर्ज कर लिया।

A real estate and infrastructure developer company, Emerging India, today cancelled the launch of Malout Business Park on the Abohar road after investors protested the companys slow pace of work and sought their money back.

Devinder Bhateja, a resident of Muktsar, said, My wife has invested Rs 20.5 lakh in the companys project on the Landran-Banur road in Mohali. The company officials had promised us that the project would be completed soon, but more than three years have passed and the project is still in its initial stage. We have filed a complaint against the company to the SSP Muktsar.

Gurpreet Singh Sidhu, MD, Emerging India and Harmander Singh, Director, Emerging India, could not be contacted despite repeated attempts.

I have also booked one flat in this project , the builder need to provide the possession by July 15 but seems delayed and also worried that still the name of this builder is in unauthorized list in gamada site.

Hi, even i had plans to buy this project so i have been following for months. I believe within 10 days, the status will be upadted. You can wait for 10days and then check once they upate their website. Moreover the sales executive of Emerging india housing ltd said about the projec as it is very big project and that they can show the approved documents and licence. The construction will be started on 18th august 2013.
