Construction Delay in casa rio Nautica E- wing !!!!
Q: Hi I have booked a flat in casa rio Nautica E-wing!!! lodha promised to deliver by 2013 but they haven't started yet...Any body have any update on this wing??? Anupam Sarkar.
I am also in the similar position - Can we create a whatsup or mail group and take it up with competent authorities (Builder seniors, Govt and political) for right compensation.

Hi Joby, No update as of now...I have mailed my concern to Mr Abhishekh Lodha , The excutive Shyam renukutla saying there are some positive movement after that mail but I am not sure.
The project is lilkely tp cpmmence for my building in Dec. so noway they can complete the project by dec 2014....guys please be careful before making any decision for this project.

Hi Abihijit...currently 1bhk for 29.72 lakhs the area would be around 594 sq ft, 2bhk for 48.18 lakhs, the area around 963 sq ft, and 3bhk for 58.09 lakhs for aea around 1161 sq ft. Are you planning to buy ?
I got a call today saying the project is further delayed and possession is now scheduled in Jan 2015. Almost all the money has been taken, all slabs are done, brick construction is done and yet they are saying it will take 1.5 more year. This is a tactic to collect money and then hold the contruction.
Hi Anupam, The marketing guy also do not have any update about when is the project getting completed. I was interested in this project but I think I have to drop my plan.
