Latest Answer: Mr Shantanu Kumar, the quality of these homes is pathetic, I have a flat in Casa Rio and it started leaking in the month of possession. Also after a few months they stopped taking request to repair the leakage inspiite of promising to handle such case till one year of possession saying that the policy has changed. I have heard such complaints from a lot of my friends.

Q:At the time of booking themarket interest rate was around 8.5 to 9 % where as lodha was offering 6% ( ie rebate of 2.5% approx.)if loan is taken from this 2 banks. This rebate was suppose to be paid by lodha to bank after a year from disbursement. Now when I approached them they seems to make some excuses. Hence I want to know if any body has got this benefit.

Q:I have booked flat at Casa Rio-Persiana, At the time of booking they said possession will be given in Oct 2013, then on tentative date is also mentioned as Oct 2013. But on Stamp Duty registration paper it's mentioned Oct 2014 and with 1 Year grace period. Each and every time they are making fool. Also they have promised after registration they will provide us coupons but nothing happened as per discussion. Those who are facing same issue please share and will form association and will take some action against this cheat.

Latest Answer: Lodha builder also make me foolish. They have taken CGC approx Rs. 96000 to Casa Rio Gold , Palava . I dont know how i can get back this amount. If society is already buildup then they should not charge this amount during possession. They are not responding my mail.
