Hi, i think you should look into Unitech Palace Court in Mirza road is offering villas at good prices and is one of their premier projects in Mysore.

Unitech was the first real estate company and it has over 600,000 shareholders. Apart from Mysore and Bangalore, Unitech has a good number of projects in Chennai. Unitech Palace Court in Mirza road is their upcoming residential township offering offers 4 and 5 bedroom Villas with excellent amenities.

Having said that, the above member is right, they have now started shifting their interest to small cities and there is bound to be good marketing increasing their brand value in South. The quality with these pan-India builders is assured although it is advisable to check the paper work carefully.

You are right in a way that they have been more active in North India but Unitech is now shifting its focus on Tier II and Tier II cities across the country so chances are that you will hear more about them. Unitech was the first real estate company to be part of the National Stock Exchange's NIFTY 50 Index.
