I have invested in their Manasa Enclave project and I am very happy with my deal. No issues with quality of construction or paper work. Initially I was a bit skeptical too but eventually I am happy that I made a good decision.

Most of the people I know are relatively happy with Manasa builders as a construction company. Having said that, past performance is no guarantee for future deals but you can trust them in my opinion as they are offering more projects across the city.

Some of their ongoing apartment projects include Manasa Royal Phase II in Vijayanagar Manasa Chinmayi in 5th cross V V Mohalla and Manasa Mayura in Yadavagiri area. Their most popular project Manasa Blossoms has been completed and booked although you can check out some resale deals.
