Q: No possession certificate. No car park allocation. Maintenance charges started for the apartment for which keys taken over in June. My mails asking for one year maintenance free period without charges are not being clarified

Hello, do you have any receipt or proof in which it is written that possession date given to you is in june and do you have documents related to your maintenance charges ? If you have proof then you can take legal actions against the builder.
