Realy its worth for the money what you are paying. I have been in search of Flats in gated community from Feb-13 onwords in OMR and around the areas. But i could see the Radince shine is the one really going in Fast phase. Moreover the sales guys there especially Bala Sai doing good work there. He doesnt lie at me where as the other builders where ever i go are just keeping fake promise. But here in Radiace it doesnot happen. There is no hidden charges and amenities wise good. Comparatively in OMR Radiance Shine is good. You can refer my name there if you really going to buy a FLAT. my name is Ramasubramanian.
