Hi,
As i heard that Ajnara Le Garden is an under-construction project, with possession time of 2 years for the 1st phase (Tower A-G) and 4 years for the 2nd phase (Tower H/I/J/K/L/O/Q).

For Tower A-G, the building structures are either complete or nearing completion. You can see some external plaster work as well in these towers.

For Tower H/I/J, the building structures are in the initial stage with towers being complete up to 6th floor.possession time of 2 years for the 1st phase (Tower A-G) and 4 years for the 2nd phase (Tower H/I/J/K/L/O/Q).

I am keen to invest on this project .I want to know the Down payment plan of Ajnara le garden . Kindly update me price & possession of this project. I heard that this project land has be acquired from DDA, GDA & Noida Authority through bidding and auctions, is it right ?

As per my knowledge, this project is approved by Yamuna Expressway Authority & banks approving loans are HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Union Bank & IDBI Bank.

As per my knowledge, this project has Certified earthquake resistant structure as per its codes of practice, Timely possession with penalty clause, Rain water harvesting, Re-cycling of water for irrigation & Maintenance by the facility management company.

I am one of the pissed of buyer of Homes121 and i could say that Ajnara is as deep shit as any other. They charged penalty for just delay of 15 days in home loan in final payment from me and in last October declared that my flat is ready for possession hence calculated penalty for their delay only till September 2013 however they have not got completion certificate from Noida authority as of now.

Actually, now it has become a trend to cheat and mislead customers in almost all the sectors and certainly it is more evident in realty sector since high stakes are involved. Customer are being exploited by these so called builders who dont even have qualification or skill to even be a clerk. We, as a society, have become so corrupt and immoral that we can not even expect builders like DLF, Supertech to give us fair deal.

Serious advice to new buyers that they should prefer to buy caravan rather than buying flats from these gundas. Unfortunately caravans are also not safe in india ;-)

Hi, frnds, this is an interesting project! :) as it is offering luxury units with a affordable price. They have quoted Rs 3025 per sq ft and for 3 BHKs. Also they have a price difference in regards to floors, the more you go up, the less you have to pay and vice a versa!!!

This project was launched in 2009 first, then due to land issues all the project in Noida extensions were closed down and then it again was launched in 2011 Aug. They first launched with Rs 1600 per sq ft and second launch was with Rs 2300.
