Recent development in Chandapura Anekal belt are:
Allianz group has come out with two plans with the one being named Eldarado Park off Anekal - Jigani Road with 1100 villas plus 200 row houses, 500 apartments, 18 hole golf course, 4 screen Multiplex, 5 star hotel with 150 rooms. Allianz Shopping Mall on Anekal Jigani Road – proposed – inside Allianz Eldorado Park - with 1,75,000 sq.ft leasable area.
The stretch from the Chandapura circle to Anekal is now proposed to have 6 lanes and two service roads on the both sides with total width of 300 Sq.Ft.

I think it is a good option to invest in Chandapura Anekal belt and after few months you can expect appreciation as Phase II of Bangalore Metro has already got Chandapura circle included in the rail network proposed and is expected that Anekal will be included in Phase III.
