Can anyone tell whether LG Tranquil woods is a good project or not?

Q: I had a site visit last week. I am looking forward to buy a property which is good from an investment perspective and probably a week end home. Can anyone advice whether this is a good project to invest?

It is a good idea to invest in this project as lot of residential projects are coming up and lot of developments are happening.
