According to homeowners in Amruthahalli, the locality is much quieter and greener in comparison to nearby neighborhoods, even though it is close to Hebbal Flyover. This has also added to the number of reasons for the hike in demand for residential units in the locality.

The second quarter of April-June 2013 has witnessed an upward trend in this micro-market by almost 16%. Just 2 years ago, land prices in the locality were hovering between Rs 200- RS 350 per sq ft. With a wide range of residential properties are under-development in this area the present price per sq ft ranges between Rs 4500- Rs 5000.

I am staying in this area and the rent per sq ft in Amruthahalli ranges between Rs 10- Rs 12 per sq ft. Some of the prime developers in the area include Brigade, Godrej, Purvankara, Century, Hoysala, and Sobha.
