As per my knowledge, Marathahalli is a good option for investment purpose than CV Raman Nagar. A lot of development is happening in Marathahalli but CV Raman Nagar needs more time to develop.

Marathahalli has seen a boom in residential as well as commercial spaces in the area with rents growing up. The region is being positioned at 13th out of 20 best places to live in Bangalore. Due to expanding IT zones and upcoming residential projects, the locality has been in competition between property buyers.
