Is it a worthy decision to purchase an apt in A R Manjunatha homes?

Q: Hi,

I am planning to purchase an apartment in A R Manjunatha homes. I am trying to get some information about the builder on the internet. But there seems to be very little information about him.

Since, most of you are already staying/stayed in this project, i would really appreciate if you can give some information about the quality of work, developer/builder reviews, the problems/issues (if you faced any).

Since, i am one among you fellow IT sector employees, I would like to make an informed decision with some help from you people.

I would be happy to call some of you and discuss on this depending on your availability.
