Will it be advisable to purchase b katha plot in bangalore

Q: Hello,

I am willing to purchase a PLOT in Bangalore near Bommanahalli. The area comes under BBMP. The plot is a B Katha plot . I would like to know whether it will be advisable to purchase B Katha plot ? Request to please provide you suggestion and also what are the legal document required to see when purchasing the plot.

There is no conversion from BBMP B khata to A khata, since B khata( called by the public) is not a khata at all. Its property B register only to enable the property owners to make tax payment

B Khata is not a legal khata valid document for property ownership, it will be a proof to claim the ownership at the time of regularisation and obtain A khata (which is valid).
