Hi, yes, this is a new project. The builders call themselves as GCN Group, even i could not find any information about the builders. They say they have one independent project named GCN Green Nest near to Sai baba Temple, Kundanahalli and other projects like GCN Enclave as joint venture. But the project is in a good location, and plan looks good.
