Loan approved by SBI.

Q: Hi Vidya,
I booked a flat in brunton block and got my loan approved from SBI.
If there was any issue, I dont think SBI would have approved the loan.
I would still go with your words and go for a legal verification

I am buy an apartment in resale in this project but before that I want to know which banks and legal body has approved the project.

Raja Aristos has got approval from Bangalore Development Authority and banks like HDFC, Axis, LIC, Federal, Indiabulls, SBI, DHFL, Bank of Baroda and Corporation Bank.

I was also planning to book an apartment in this project and spoke to many people who have already booked a flat.. this project still has pending ligation and there is not much visibility provided by builder about it, existing buyers are unhappy with project delay and other issues. looks like handover of first block has been delayed by 6 months already, I have cancelled my plan to book apartment in Raja Aristos, I would prefer a clear title property and good track record of builder. any suggestions will be appreciated.
