sorry to say they cant give possession till 2015 they just completed the structure not even bricking to be very frank builder needs atleast 2.5 years to done with finished . location of sector 75 is very prime but lots of disputes brings to huge negativity in that sectors . i personally suggest all to go for other sectors like 78 79 n surrounding areas
The project is located just 2km from Noida City Center Metro Station. Hence connectivity is good. Also bus stop is near by and Sector 50 market is also there. Overall a nice project for investment. :)
Yea, there are maximum probability for appreciation. Because Sector 50 has a price trend of Rs 8000 per sq ft, so there are chances for the price to be double after 4-5 years in this sector, as this is a neighboring sector what ever amount u invest now.
