Latest Answer: sorry to say they cant give possession till 2015 they just completed the structure not even bricking to be very frank builder needs atleast 2.5 years to done with finished . location of sector 75 is very prime but lots of disputes brings to huge negativity in that sectors . i personally suggest all to go for other sectors like 78 79 n surrounding areas
Latest Answer: Hi Amit, according to sources rate per sq ft is above 4000 in this project. I am not sure about the exact rate now. But I think you can try to negotiate little more.
