Well, there are mixed reviews about this area, some developers feel this area will not have much affected by the F1 and some other say it will hit sales considerably. But what all fail to realise that there is a saviour, that’s the Yamuna Expressway. I would say, give it some time. Gurgaon has great growth potential.
The market is very good I must say. Despite the slowdown last year, the property prices for residential properties increased near the Buddh International Circuit, thanks to Formula One, and Yamuna Expressway.
See, although F1 might not be there, but that will be a short-term impact on the property prices. The long-term impact can’t predicted as yet because Greater Noida has unlimited potential for growth and development.
