Latest Answer: Well, there are mixed reviews about this area, some developers feel this area will not have much affected by the F1 and some other say it will hit sales considerably. But what all fail to realise that there is a saviour, that’s the Yamuna Expressway. I would say, give it some time. Gurgaon has great growth potential.
