The agreement is not an agreement but a certificate to say that the ansal api can do whatever they want, whenever they want -They can cancel the whole project and return money without interest -They can ask you to pay up more money without any reasons (Escalation clause) -They can suspend construction without giving a reason (no penalty clause)
The project has good connectivity also as the project is located just near pari chowk also close to the eastern peripheral road. Even the DMRC corridor is coming up and i also heard that there is proposed metro station. Which shows the area will soon be well equipped with infrastructures and connectivity.
Dear Greater Noida is very good area, hence any project in that area will have good appreciation. Moreover, Crescent Residences offers affordable apartments with proposed metro connectivity and good amenities. So we can think of 50 % appreciation in near future!!!!!!

Yeah my budget was near by Rs 25 lac to Rs 30 lac. So the project is good for me to invest in. Need to know which are the banks who have approved the project....?
