Occupancy Certificate

Q: I booked 2 BHK in TULIP phase II. I was told that Occupancy certificate will take 1.5 years till the whole project gets over. Unless it is finished, I wont be able to cover up my balcony with glass. I would like to hear from you guys since I am sure this is something which is going to be a concern for all new owners!

Ya, 3650 would be decent price for this area ! the guidance value is just 3180 rs. did you book the flat ? Commute will be a real challange ! approach roads are very narrow and not in good condition at all .there are many other apartment in that area which comes in much lower price . true, the amentities are for 480 flats and they charge a lot.

Hi Tony, If you are an owner you can Join the Owners Group and discuss about the project here with other owners who have already booked an apartment in this project.

Hi Tony, Yeah It is true that you cannot do any interiors unless the project gets completed. Occupancy certificate is given only when the builder or apartment is built according to the sanctioned plan.
